Join us this week as we celebrate Earth Day with a wine tasting featuring a curated selection of organic, biodynamic, and earth-friendly wines.

These thoughtfully produced selections reflect a deep respect for the land and sustainable winemaking practices—perfect for celebrating our beautiful planet.

From Château Saint-Roch (Roussillon, France)
Located in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Château Saint-Roch is committed to organic and biodynamic viticulture, preserving the natural balance of the land. Their old-vine vineyards produce expressive wines full of character and purity.

Château Saint-Roch Old Vines Rosé – Made from organically farmed old vines in the Roussillon, this crisp and vibrant rosé bursts with notes of wild strawberry, citrus, and a mineral-driven finish.

Château Saint-Roch Old Vines White Blend – A fresh and aromatic blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, offering layers of white peach, honeysuckle, and a clean, elegant texture. Certified organic.

From Lingua Franca (Willamette Valley, Oregon)
Founded by Master Sommelier Larry Stone, Lingua Franca is a highly regarded winery focused on producing elegant, terroir-driven wines using sustainable and biodynamic farming in the Eola-Amity Hills.

Lingua Franca Pinot Noir – Grown on biodynamically farmed vineyards, this refined Pinot Noir offers vibrant red cherry, earthy spice, and silky tannins with a long, graceful finish.
